OUTDOOR QIGONG CLASSES

This  movement class will focus on nourishing, restoring and nurturing the body, breath, and spirit through the flowing and fluid movements  of qigong,while joining the natural flow of nature.

Qigong is the ancient Chinese art and science of becoming aware of our life energy(qi) through a flowing choreography of postures, movement, respiratory technique, and meditations.

Benefits:  increased vitality and  stress relief, all while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors in nature!

• Initial Consultation will include an in-depth evaluation using TCM diagnostic techniques to determine your specific constitutional imbalances, such as liver stagnation, spleen deficiency, or kidney issues.
• A Personalized Qigong Routine: Based on the diagnosis, you will be taught specific Qigong movements, breathing techniques, and meditations designed to balance your Qi and address your root cause of imbalance.
• Integrated Treatment Plan: Sessions may also include other modalities like acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), and lifestyle modifications to support the Qigong practice.
• One-on-One Guidance: The private setting allows for direct feedback and modifications to ensure optimal results.

meditation and techniques designed for healing.
-Multiple methods for performing Reiki in person and also at a distance.
